Well well, we could just add a little twist to our pancakes by using Red Velvet flour, to get that moist, light, fluffy desired taste and look!
Here is how to go about it:
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup Red Velvet Flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 a tsp salt
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup of milk
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Form a hole in the middle of the flour and add the remaining ingredients while adding milk little by little, until you get the desired consistency
Heat some oil in a non-stick frying pan.
Scoop about a 1/4 a cup of the batter into the pan and cook for a minute or two.
Flip the other side and let cook.
Repeat the procedure until the batter is used up.
Serve warm with tea or juice!
